Group Sessions
Join me and a few others for a series of yoga sessions tailored to meet the individual needs of your bodies. Learn more about how to specifically support your body and mind while also gleaning insights from the diverse needs of the group. Each session will be interactive, and you will have time for practice, meditation, rest, and reflection. These sessions will highlight the parallels between the mind and body patterns, with each subsequent session building upon the themes learned in the previous session.
