Join me and four others for a series of yoga sessions tailored to meet the individual needs of your bodies. Learn more about how to specifically support your body and mind while also gleaning insights from the diverse needs of the group. Each session will be interactive, and you will have time for practice, meditation, rest, and reflection. These sessions will highlight the parallels between the mind and body patterns, with each subsequent session building upon the themes learned in the previous session. The group will meet for 3-6 weeks depending on the current class offerings. Please contact Krista for further details regarding dates/times and length of sessions.
Meet one-on-one with me to improve your yoga practice and relieve emotional tension from your body. These private sessions are 50 minutes long and will work with your body and its specific needs. Participants will leave with specific practices to use with their body and increased insight into their mind/body connection. All sessions are currently conducted remotely. In-person sessions may be offered post-pandemic at my discretion.
